Daily Announcements - Monday 12 Sep 2016

  • ​We're starting our 'Name that theme' contest today!  Students are asked to listen to our morning music, then submit up to 4 entries (including theme guess, student first & last name, division #) at the front counter in the office.  Look for the yellow 'Name that theme' entry box.  MUSIC TODAY was '8 days a week, by the Beatles' and 'Beautiful day, by U2'
  • Students who handed in their Jr. Band forms last week - if you'd like to know what instrument you'll be playing, please come to the music room at Nut Break or lunch today to see Mrs. Reichert.   If you haven't handed in your Band or Choir forms yet, it's not too late!  Please bring them to Mrs. Reichert ASAP.  Sr. Band will start this Wednesday morning at 7:40am.  Jr. Band will have Squeak & Squawk night next Monday evening Sep 19, 6:30pm and then will start morning rehearsals the next morning - every Tuesday & Thursday morning.
  • Students that are interested in working on the recycling team, please see Christine at Nut Break by the youth lounge.
  • It's our fruit & veggie day today!  We will be enjoying some BC blueberries
