Students are able to view their timetable in their MyEd account. It currently shows the scheduled courses only. An updated version that includes teacher names and room numbers will be posted by the evening of Friday, September 2nd so that students will know which classroom to attend on Tuesday, September 6th.
If students require a change to their schedule, they need to submit their changes through this MS FORM. The Form will be available from now until 8:00 a.m. Thursday, September 1st. Students must use this MS FORM and should not email counsellors with change requests. If students already emailed their counsellor during the summer, they must still submit the request through the Form as NO COURSE CHANGES WILL BE ACCOMMODATED THROUGH EMAIL.
Students are reminded they had two previous opportunities to request changes before the end of last year, and we are now very restricted in our ability to accommodate changes as available space is very limited. The criteria for requesting necessary changes only to the schedule are outlined in this MS FORM.
