Important Information:

·        Date: Tues. Dec. 3, 2013

o    All teams to be at Pintree’s gym for our 3:20 pm welcome and review of expectations

o    Games begin at 3:30 pm and the last game will end at 5:30 pm

o    5:30 pm will be thank-you’s and the presentation of a Participation Certificate for each school

o    We should be out by 5:45 pm

·        Games will be 15 minutes long

o    Each player gets 3 serves regardless; after 3 serves other team gets serve

o    You must bump off a serve

o    We do not keep score

o    At end of each game: please cheer for the other team and meet at net to shake hands or touch elbows

·        Concession will be hosted by our Glen PAC

·        Bleacher-seats available for about 600 people – so there will be lots of room; teams can stake an area and keep their bags and coats there with some parents taking care of these items

·        Pinetree will supply student referees

·        Depending on the number of teams we should be able to give every team about 6 games; with a couple of games off so the students can go to the concession
