​We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Coaching Team in the role of Multisport Activity Coach for our After-school Programs and/or School Break Camps. 

MORESPORTS BC supports the enjoyment of local sports and physical activity with partner organizations, municipalities, and the health and education sectors in efforts to increase grassroots sport and physical literacy. Coaches work to support our community by creating stronger participation in afterschool programs, camps, and drop-ins. We are looking for individuals with all types of sporting backgrounds. YOU ARE: a leader by nature, committed to helping others achieve success. You are passionate about coaching and creating fun activity lesson plans. You enjoy working with kids. Position: Program Leaders will enjoy being active and be responsible for the delivery of the multisport and physical literacy development programs. Working with children K to Gr 8 at After school programs and/or camps. Must be able to work as part of a team. You are passionate about being active and wish others loved a sport like you do. You can work on your own or support other certified coaches in the delivery of sport specific lessons and manage the on-site administrative duties specific to each after school or camp program. Availability: Must be available to work during after school hours (approx. 230pm - 430pm) and/or (approx. 9am to 230pm) during the first week of Spring Break and/or during July Additional: Drop-in Shifts maybe available on weekends or during the month of August

 Moresports BC Youth Leaders in gr 10- 12 are encouraged to apply as Jr Coaches.
