Banting Service Award
The Banting Service Award (BSA) is an opportunity for students to give back to the school. Students are responsible to seek out opportunities and track the time independently. BSA tracking sheets can be obtained at the school office or from their classroom teachers. Students who obtain a minimum of 6 hours per term will receive a BSA Certificate. This is a great option for leadership hours and many students use it as a job reference or to strengthen their resume. Volunteer hours can be anything around the school – working with the any staff member, youth worker, counselor, volunteering at neighbouring schools or various school sporting activities or events.
