The Heritage Mountain lunch hour begins at 11:45 am and at that time students are dismissed from their classrooms to go outside and play.  Students return to their classrooms at 12:20 pm and have 20 minutes to eat their lunches before returning to their studies at 12:45 pm.  The students go outside every lunch hour for a minimum of 15 minutes if the weather is really inclement, and on most days have the full 35 minutes to engage in healthy, physical activities.
