The Parent Advisory Committee and the School Planning Council are important venues in which parents can provide input and perspectives to your child’s school priorities and the school system. They provide parents with an opportunity to discuss matters affecting our school and the education of your children.
Central Community School has a very active Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Please check the newsletters for the dates of PAC meetings. These meetings are open to all parents of our school.
It is well documented that students of parents who are active in the school do well, so we hope that we have many parents taking advantage of these opportunities by getting active in PAC or volunteering
for other types of involvement.
All parents are encouraged to attend PAC meetings.
PAC Meetings for 2011-12 are on September 13th, October 4th, December 6th, January 10th, February 7th, March 6th, April 3rd, May 1st and June 5th. The meetings start at 7pm and are in teh Central Library.
